This Refund Policy explains how refunds work for cruise bookings made with the assistance of Worldz Tours & Travels. Because we are an independent travel agency and not a cruise line, refund eligibility and amounts are ultimately governed by the fare rules and cancellation schedule of the cruise line for your specific booking.
Most cruise lines apply a tiered cancellation penalty based on how far in advance you cancel before the sailing date. Typically:

Any service fee charged by Worldz Tours & Travels for booking assistance is separate from the cruise fare and is generally non-refundable once services have been rendered, except where required by law. The exact fee, if any, is disclosed before you authorize a booking.
To request a refund or check eligibility, call (888) 778-0736 or email contact@worldztoursandtravels.store with your booking details. We will review the applicable cancellation schedule and assist you in submitting an eligible request to the cruise line.
Approved refunds are processed by the cruise line and may take several billing cycles to appear, depending on the line and your payment provider. We will help you follow up where needed but cannot control the cruise line's processing timeline.
